I've had no mobile data for 10 weeks. Everything Sky has suggested has not resolved the issue. Eventually sent me a new sim and I got mobile data in the house. Tried outside and got the same issue again.
Today I changed Sky in network settings to 'scan for other operators and choose O2 - bingo got mobile data. However my phone battery has just gone and I went to charge it and it won't charge it . So I've fixed one issue and now got a much worse one.
Could someone please explain what is going on as now I have a useless phone that I I can't use. It's not my phone as it's only 5 months old.
