No mobile data due to faulty sim, cant receive activation code for replacement sim.

I have no mobile data due to a fault with my sim card. I was sent a replacement sim today and am unable to receive  an activation code to my mobile  in order to activate the sim.  I am unable to make calls to notify Sky so what am I supposed to do?

 

Social media Sky help bots are unable to help - their respond is that they don't understand the issue. They say they will pass your query onto an adviser and they will contact you but they never do.
