No mobile data connection

I cannot connect to the internet while on mobile data. All web pages say "no connection", even though I am connected to 5G. I have tried turning my phone on and off three times. I am in a place where it has worked countless times before. I have data available on my plan. There is no issues with my phone. I believe I deserve an answer from Sky about why I cannot use the service I have paid for.

Well we're other customers here... If you want an answer from Sky you'll need to contact them.

Works fine for me.

 

Try a different browser and/or clear caches.

I have cleared cache, reset network settings, tried three browsers, removed my SIM. Still the same results. Also the second link still brings me back to the forum.

Strange, works perfectly for me.  (No issues reported in my area)

 

Perhaps you have a local mast issue...

I have exactly the same issues on my Iphone, network resets, taken sim out, reset my phone many times and spoken to Sky network department. I can call and receive phone calls yet I cannot use apps or the internet. I have tried several browsers and reset the cache, makes absolutely no difference. My apps work fine on Wi-fi and yes I have over 100gb of data remaining for the month.

Sky customer service aren't the best at all.
