No mobile coverage !

My  Sky Mobile has disappeared ! Can't talk to anyone in Rep of Ireland as it's a Bank holiday weekend - anyone else have that problem ?

Just Checked   on the map  and it  seems OK. I travelled 160km  yesterday up the east coast and  it didn't work at all. I've tried unsuccessfully to reinstall my E-sim too.

  1. Sign in to My Sky.
  2. Enter Product Settings then the Mobile tab.
  3. Click Manage.
  4. Select your SIM and press Manage again.
  5. Then select Network and controls > Request network settings.

We'll send a text or notification to your device with instructions on what to do next. It might take up to five minutes to come through.

  • Tap the link or notification.
  • Review the details in your device Settings.

Gt texting with a human  on Sky Ireland APP. Sagar sorted me  out saying that problem may have been due to upgrades being carried out . This  was the solution    To set up your iOS device, please follow these steps:
Go to Settings → Mobile Service → SIM Applications → Tap Roaming → Select Sky Settings.
Once you've completed these steps, restart your device and check if you have network connectivity.
