No mobile coverage in DE11

Unable to make or receive calls in the DE11 area. Service checker indicates mast down.

@dianewood If there is a mast down then you will probably have no service until that is fixed, sadly there is nothing Sky can do to speed that up as they do not own or maintain the masts.

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

 

Once it has been fixed contact Sky and ask whether they'll put a credit on your mobile account for the inconvenience caused to the local service.

Mobile signal has been shocking for at least the last month in the RG24 area of Basingstoke. Can't get a signal at all and wifi drops out too time to time!

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. As stated above to the OP (who's in a totally different area to you), Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Nothing, I've checked local outages. It's not a one off issue. It is daily. My signal is 1 bar and then the hammer most days all the time  my partner is O2 and his is the same. I've currently got no bars at all and sat right by a window.  My partner also said friends and customers are having signal issues too not just with O2 and Sky!

Sky is a MVNO of O2.

 

Seems like a mast issue to me...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
