No mobile connection

I went to fuerteventura on Sunday 19th and once I turned flight mode off I got no signal and no welcome network message. Now I've just arrived back in England and it's still the same it still says emergency calls only not registered on network. I've tried all the online helps. Even the network request I select sky and it says I'm not aloud to connect to sky. My daughter also with sky Mobile worked perfectly. I've now parted with my daughter and have no other phone to use to ring sky and the auto bot has no idea. How can I get in touch with someone to help me with my sim?

Have you made sure your device is set to automatic/home:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
