I lost my phone and I am on deployment for 3 months

So it can be blocked you will need to find a way to contact Sky about this, there is a number shown here that you can call Sky on from abroad under "Save useful contact numbers":

They can also be contacted via social media.

@Laminfatty  There is a UK contact number that can be dialled from outside the UK to report the device lost

I'm not sure if the social media teams would be able to help.
