No internet access even on 5 G

Took out sky mobile in December & reception has been dire, even when sky says it's good. Any website I try to open away from home won't connect, even when my phone says I have 5G! Taken lots of screenshots to prove this. This is ridiculous & I can't go on like this with no access. How can I get out of my contract? Very disgruntled 😣

When on a Wi-Fi connection give this a try:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

 

If this doesn't work can you get any access on 4G ?
