We have recontracted with sky a few weeks ago purchasing two s21 fe phones and promised 2 new galaxy chrome books and no additional sim delivered?

If you placed the order online then it did say this:

"Please note the Chromebook will not appear in your basket but will automatically be sent within 45 days of your Samsung S21 FE arriving".
