15pro max so no sim option only eSIM but cannot activate as no email received despite numerous assurances it would be sent . Needs urgently.

It can take up to 30 minutes for the email to come through so make sure you have checked junk/trash/bin folders.
If it has been more than 30 minutes then according to this link you will need to get in touch with Sky support:

The phone itself should be a dual sim so you should be able to use a physical sim in it:
