No delivery updates

I made an order on the 25th of August and got a confirmation email and it's showing on the mysky app however I still haven't been given anymore updates or a dispatch date, if this a normal wait? I don't mind if it takes a bit to come I just want to know it's detgpomg to be on its way!

no, in the email confirmation it just has a link of where to track in the app, where to find documents, a breakdown of the order, it does say a 24/7 support page but it keeps making me use an ai.

I ordered a MacBook on the 16th August - I've had to call numerous times & still don't have an estimated delivery date. The status on the app just shows as "coming soon" and nobody can actually give me and answer to when I will receive...
