No data

Any help? My data doesn't seem to be working and I'm still paying for it 🤣 works for about 5 minutes if I'm lucky then it goes, will still have full bars and 4G but nothing sends. Also when I try to turn it on says It's not activated even though I've paid my phone bill on time??

Do you mean you see this not activated message when turning in mobile data via your phone's settings ?
