No data when outside can’t receive texts even when I have data

Never can get any data with sky mobile outside, takes ages load any page and now texts don't come through, me and daughter have apple fones and sky's signal is so bad I've done all the troubleshooting stuff they ask and still it's just too hard to connect or even open a page it just stays on page blank for ever any help plz

Hi I have done wat Sky says do online but just can't seem load fb snapchat etc when outside, my daughter can't even receive my texts wen at school it's so bad now with it
