For some reason when I am on call with someone, my data completely drops and goes which means I'm unable to access anything on my phone which uses the internet and there are all times where I don't have WiFi either. This means that I have to end my call to sort something out online that needs to be done and then call the person back, which is not ideal when I am phoning a company. Please can someone help me figure put what is happening?
