Ive had nothing but issue while trying to use mobile data abroad. When i arrived in Lithuania, i recived a welcome text that passport plus had been activated. The next day when i followed the steps to revtivate it- nothing. I changed the apropriate spend caps and still nothing. Then it miraculously activated after 2 days and worked for another 3 days until today. I have checked the soend caps, tried turning data roaming off/on and restarting my device. I have also tried sending texts/making calls to activate passport plus and still nothing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Murphy1139 Sky can't always guarantee roaming will work. If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps advised by Sky then there is little you can do. Have you tried connecting to a different local network ?
