If you have only just joined Sky then when the sim is activated you do not get the full data allowance as what you get is based on the number of days before it resets which is your billing date, after which will then get the full amount each month.
If you have run out of data then you will either have to use Wifi only, if you can or purchase a one off data boost:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/manage-plan
