Re: No connectivity
If a mast isn't working correctly tJen the company that owns it will be the ones to repair it as they are not owned or maintained by Sky.
Do you have a Wi-Fi connection at home you can connect your phones to,

Re: No connectivity
Hi @TW299133 what are you hoping to discuss with sky ? They don't own the masts so they are reliant on a third party fixing any issues. Once fixed if you call sky they should give some credit against your next bill.

Re: No connectivity
Hi thank you for your reply. How do you connect your phones to WiFi, or how do you know who the mast belongs to? Is the mast only connected from home or to the phone? Would it connect outside the area? Sorry for my ignorance.

Re: No connectivity
Do you have broadband at your home ?
The mast will be owned by someone like Vodafone, O2 etc and is in the area where you live and your phone directly connects to this one where you live and when you are out and about it automatically connects to the nearest one to where you are.

Re: No connectivity
Yes broadband through Sky. Frustrating as husband is retired so primarily at home & phone is main contact. I work & find it hard to call Sky, whilst at work (out of the area). Last 2 calls to Sky. Mobile were at least 2+ hours 🤨

Re: No connectivity
Hi, thank you for your advise, how do you connect your phones to the WiFi. WiFi is connected on my phone, but when I try to call anyone's mobile it says not registered on network?
