I've had the same issue since evening of 21st November.  Taken sim out, restarted phone several times, Sky phone/Sim all worked fine for 3 years but now can only use WhatsApp to message (no texts in or out) and can only make WiFi calls (no normal calls in and out). Clearly a Sky issue but status says coverage working!
