No connection to Network since 1 September

I haven't been able to connect to sky mobile network for a week now it's says I am not registered to network.

Does any mast issues show here for you:

If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites. They might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase the one you have got has developed a fault,

It says there is a problem with 5G but everything else is OK.  This is not correct it have not been able to connect for a week and no info or help from Sky.

  • What is this, and if the mast is having an issue with 5G what would be the point?  It says there are no issues with 4G in my area, but there is, nothing is working and hasn't been for a week now.

Your only option is to contact Sky about getting a replacement sim sent to you.

Same issue - now awaiting new sim after all troubleshooting failed. Not clear why this has happened

I have been told its a local mast issue, but why would that affect me if im going to Manchester or somewhere away from my area?

Hello I had this issue also. After lots of different troubleshooting I accidentally went into my 'sky menu app' and pressed the roaming button. I think it changed it to automatic. This solved my issue straight away. It could be the same for you.  Sky menu is a different app to sky account.  If you search for it on your phone it should pop up. Give it a try.
