Can I pay of my devices . Won’t let me do this

I'm trying to pay mine and my daughters devices off . It won't let me so this 
does anyone know why ?

Hi @Sarah1805  others have reported this in the past. Others have also found problems trying to pay the contracts off online and the money has been added as credit to the account. If you call sky on 150 they should make sure it's done properly.
