Requesting help pls. Had a spare sim on my account, tranferred my partners number and activated the sim with no issues. No calls are being recieved, which is a problem. Rebooted device, still no improvement. Any suggestions pls?

Call Sky on 150 from the phone that has your other Sky sim in it for help with this.
