Hello, Can someone please help me. Have followed technical advice on the sky website but can still make no calls or access mobile data or apps. Nothing is working.

yes it shows work on mast , and should be completed by 4th December. WOW that's a long time to be without a phone

Still not working.
I got new iPhone over weekend and spent hours thinking I'd set it up wrong .
Also 1 hour with Apple support, then saw post on FB that a mast is being worked on.
ok these things need doing but I wonder why customers aren't informed.

i checked the mast issue but there doesnt seem to be any issues in my local area

Oh did they email their customers? I've checked my e mail again and I've had no notification .
