No caller id

Everytime someone calls I get private number or caller unknown even though they are in my contacts ! Advice anyone tried all fixes I could find

I've tried turning off 4g and WiFi calling, taken out SIM card cleaned etc checked all the settings, watched loads of YouTube help but nothing is working
