Sky SIM not connecting calls.

Myself and my husband are having issues with Sky SIM when we are trying to make a call it does not ring or says we have dialled an incorrect number. We have restarted our phones and taken the SIM out then back in but the problem persists.

There have been some issues over the last few days with this as you are not the first person to report this issue so have you tried putting your phone into airplane mode then back out again after 10 seconds ?
