No activation code from bank

I am not receiving bank account activation code, I believe it's a short number 5 digits. This is from natwest. I checked local settings, reset network settings, turned phone off and on, turned off parental controls, checked spam and bin. I also texted from another mobile..it worked.  tried my phone in single sim mode., the activation codes are missing. Does sky block anything that is not a phone number?

So sky sim is receiving messages ok just not bank activation code.

This is a samsung a52 5g phone android 14.

Re: No activation code from bank

As suggested I spoke, via chat, to sky. It was useful once you  get to a real person.  First sky do not block such verification codes. I was also asked to send HELP to 80226 to test short code operation. My phone failed the test. I looked deeper into messaging and under your profile. Under spam and blocked numbers, click on three dots and you find blocked numbers. One of them was Natwest. Problem solved , click next to it and unblock..I must have blocked the number at some point.

Thanks for responding.
