I'm currrntly aboard and trying to change the spend cap on my daughters SIM card, I did this the first day we got here and set it to £10, without realising it's £2 per day for the roaming pass, so I need to up the cap but every time I press on settings I get a whirling wheel then a blank page, tried the app and both Chrome and Safari and all 3 do exactly the same thing

I'm doing this via my phone on mobile data as I did when I first landed here, I've two SIMs, mine and my daughters, I can't see any details on the spend cap for both (just get a blank screen) this did work, I even installed chrome and tried from
that but get exactly the same
UPDATE: it's now working and I can change
