(Hillingdon, Uxbridge) Since the 20th this month, my sim was working fine and I had strong signal, I have paid my phone bill but since Monday I've had no bars, also my phone telling me next to those bars that I have no sim. I've done all the troubleshooting I can to fix the issue and still nothing. I've used the service checker and I'm told a Mast hasn't been working properly and is being "fix" 3days I've had no bars or working sim (not able to use data) anyone from Hillingdon Uxbridge having the same issue?

If it is a mast issue Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so a third party would be responsible for the repair.

If it is a mast issue Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so a third party would be responsible for the repair.
