No SIM installed error message

Hi All,

Over the last week or so, I've started getting a 'No SIM installed' error message on my iPhone 16. It appears intermittently and happens even when the phone is not in use.

 

I've updated my software and also checked that the physical SIM is installed correctly. Any other advice?

It might be that sim has developed a fault so you might want to get in touch with Sky about this so they can send you a replacement one to try:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
