I phone 17 pro max
Want to return the phone. Also not had my Amazon voucher for joining sky

Hi @MichaelaWarner you need to call sky on 150 to arrange a phone return, as long as you are within the 31 day cooling off period. With regards any voucher the same will apply.

You can only return the phone if you have had it for 31 days or less.
How did you join Sky via a comparison site or at Sky.com ?

If you’ve had it more than the 31 days cooling off period you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

We are just customers here so you will need to phone Sky about this so they can start the return process of for you.
Make sure when returning it that you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline.
