iPhone 13 purchased 8/24 plus data plan.
less than 3 months later in 10/24 message - no sim available - 6 phone calls to sky, 3 phone calls to apple followed by advice to set with no joy, visit to apple shop with no intervention resulted in phone working.
12 months exactly same issue - no sim available - only email and WhatsApp working, no phone calls in or out via iPhone, no iMessages . sim works in husbands phone but his sim does not work in my phone. Any ideas ?
