No SIM - No Service

I have had no service since yesterday at around 4.30pm. I followed all help guides and spoken to 3 memebers of staff and they have said the mast has an issue. How long am I expected to go without service? I am unable to use Wifi in my place of work.

As customers here we can not say how long the company that owns the mast will take to fix it as it is not owned by Sky.
