I Placed an order and accidentally put my moms name as who it is addressed to. Me and my mom do not share the same surname and she has no photo ID but I do. Would I be able to get my sister who no longer lives with me but shares my moms surname to sign for it and present her ID. If that isn't possible then I am basically unable to receive any orders from sky. Could someone shed some light as a person I had a live chat with said my sister can do it however the website says the ID must have the same Surname AND Address which it obviously doesn't

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNobody here can say for sure what the courier will or will not ask for so if you don't want to risk it you could ask your mum to call up to get the order cancelled then you should be able to place another order but in your name this time.
