No Data

Got my new Iphone delivered and when setting up I accidentally moved my EE number across to the new phone. I do want to keep that number but don't have a PAC yet. Since that has happened I have no data on either phone. All apps, etc have moved from one phone to the other I just can't activate my new number - error message is " Unable to Continue Mobile Plan Configuration" 

I've taken Sim cards out of both, switched on and off to no avail. Please help, thanks. J

What did you actually do becuase if you haven't given Sky the Pac code code then the Sky sim should work with the number that came with it.

Hiya, switched it on and the phones did the usual thing moving all info across and new phone asked me if I wanted to transfer the number across (I think that's what it said) and I said yes, by mistake, so now on my old phone it states that the number can no longer be used as it's moved to new phone.

Have you tried going into the phone's settings and changing the number back ?

Under mobile service on the Sim it says - phone number transferred to Iphone 15 and is no longer usable on this phone. Sim status is greyed out and the check mobile connection option is just the spinning wheel so not going anywhere. I can't see any option to change the number.
