I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy A14 on Saturday; my old phone completely died with no access etc. Inserted SIM and thought I'd followed instructions to update phone. Worked fine until today, Thursday, when I now have 'Emergency Calls Only' at the top of the screen and no mobile data at all.
I've looked online for guidance, but can't find my way round the phone to take me back to the 'Welcome' area that Sky recommends to start the installation process again. As you'll see from the attached, I have no access to the network at all. My usual thing is to phone up, but of course I can't! I have only been with Sky a short time with no problems so far with my old phone.
I remember a couple of notifications coming in from Sky during set up, saying enter password '1111' when prompted, but when I came to look for them these have disappeared, so I'm guessing this may have something to do with it - assume Sky won't recognise my new phone till I set it up properly, but I don't know how to.
Thanks for any advice you may be able to offer.

Just for your interest.
I managed to get through to Sky.
It was an issue with a roaming setting.
All sorted and business as normal for me now.
Thanks again, Sue

Thanks for your response.
There has been a faulty mast notification for my area, but as I travelled out of the area this morning and still not working, I suspect it is for me to reconfigure the phone.
Seems strange that I had Sky full access from Saturday through to today, then nothing though.
I think I may have to phone for help.
Thanks though, Sue
