No 5g and poor Signal
Having recently switched from Vodafone this week I can't believe how poor this service is! I cannot connect to 5G and the phone signal on calls is appalling!
I've tried every trick to get 5G but no luck and the chat bot system wasn't any use either!
It would appear I shall be a short term customer with Sky and will be switching networks ASAP if I can't find a solution

My phone (Google pixel 7 Pro) isn't listed ...when I go through 'generic android' I don't get the same option

I think that would suggest it's not compatible. To confirm that give Sky a call by dialling 150 from your device.

Makes zero sense considering I moved from Vodafone with 5g coverage on the daily...
