No 5G

Recently ported a number over from BT to Sky and had nothing but issues. Current one is that I am not receiving 5G data.  Phone is an iPhone 15 plus, 5G has been activated on the account, and in Mobile Data options 5G is on in standard mode.  All worked fine with BT. Have tested in multiple Rae's I know are served by 5G. Anything I've missed?

Only other thing is to check you're in an area covered by O2's 5G (Sky uses O2). Their 5G coverage is much more limited than BT/EE.

Thanks. Have tried in multiple areas, always outdoors, all supposedly 5G enabled with no success.
