Next bill too high

Hi ive seen my next bill is due to be £87 i looked why so high and your charging me for 2 Samsung phones which are the same device I only have one Samsung device can you please get this amended

Hi @Hayley14men  have you recently swapped your phone ? Have you checked the dates for the two charges ? Do they cover the same or different periods ?

They cover the same period if time. I swapped my phone about 4 months ago and have always been charged for one samsung device and my sons Google pixel. So no idea why next months has changed !
