New sim

Hi can any help me how do I get a new sim when I can't receive codes on phone due to having lost that number in my old phone

Are you saying you have lost the sim, if so you need to contact Sky about getting a replacement sim as that will have the same number has the lost one:

mate my nearly new google pixel 9 pro fold had a e-sim in and out of nowhere it glitched then it wouldnt turn on. 

after a short call to google they confirmed harware problem and within 3 days i had a brand new pixel 10 pro fold delivered, heres the problem this pro 10 fold is not e-sim compatible so i contacted sky for a replacement nearly 3 hours on the chat they kept saying give us the code they had texted to my phone which is broken. so i said how can i give you a code when my phone is in poland being inspected and it would not turn on! 4 or 5 advisors later still no joy in getting a replacement sim i answered the same questions over and over again getting frustrated my girlfriend carried on the computer chat .  the thing that got me down i went through all this in feb and eventually got my esim not bad for 3 hours of being grilled again and again. then when me pro 9 fold broke i rang and ordered a new sim that was 2 weeks ago no joy but my pro 10 fold was delivered while i was on holiday. so now ive got a brand new phone which i cannot use until the sim arrives, after another 3 to 4 hours asking wheres my sim ? in the end i called them and spoke with a lovely lady who sorted it in 10 min. so now it should be arriving next week. we will see ive been told this before and nothing , i will not be renewing when my contract is up in fact i told them i will be cancelling all of my sky products 6 devices tv and sky protect because there camera kit is useless notifications came up to 4/5 min after the person pessed the video dooorbell. i do not want to go through the gastapo style questions for hours on end. has anyone else had similar problems with skys protect equipment? Tapo 2k  video doorbell and 3k outside camera is far superior and picture quality is amazing. sorry sky your losing a loyal customer of 24 years. you need to sort out your advisors with one saying one thing and another saying the opposite? which one should i believe ??
