Bill

I've paid my mobile bill and I am £53 in credit however it's still trying to take this months bill out my account even though I've paid

That's correct.  The (unnecessary) manual payment you've made is for next month's bill and not the current one.  You need to let the automatic payment clear or your services may be restricted.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

There is no need to manually pay your bill as Sky will take it via the payment details setu on your account. The credit will be used to pay next months bill, however if you would like it refunded post back here as help can be arranged for you via here if you would like.
