New sim
Hello I'm trying to get a new sim as I'm getting abuse from my ex partner so would like a new sim and number if possible

If you've had your current sim for 12+ months you can change it otherwise if the abuse involves threats and you've reported it to the police Sky should change it.

If you have been paying for this sim for 12 months or more then call Sky on 150 then they should be able to cancel this and order you another one which will have a different number.

Hi @Razza04 if you have had your current sim more than 12 months just go to sky.com and order a new one and it will come with a new number. Then call sky on 150 and cancel the old one. If you have had it less than 12 month then call sky on 150 and explain to them but unless the police are involved they may not waive any early termination charges.
