Haven’t received my SIM card or replacement SIM card For my iPhone that I got over two months ago now

When you ordered the iphone did you also order a data plan ?

If it hasn't turned up in two months then I would try ordering another sim via the Sky website here:
https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans
Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
Also make sure your address is correct when placing the order.
