New sim
I have ordered a new sim for a new phone I have purchased direct from supplier will this be the same mobile number as I already have if not what tldo I have to do

Hi @Stevec1976 a new sim will come with a new number. If you had ordered a replacement sim then that would have the old number (assuming this old number is also with sky). If your old sim/number is with a different network then you need to get a PAC from that network and give it to sky and your old number will transfer to your new activated sim from sky on the next working day.

Is this supplier Sky ?
Who is your current number with, Sky or someone else ?

I'm with sky at the moment but I've bought a new phone from Samsung so I needed a sim card for that so not sure if it will have a new number or not

@Stevec1976 That sounds like you have ordered a new sim with a new number. You should just put your old sim in the new phone but don't activate the new sim and it will drop off your account.
