New sim

Hello i recently started a contract with sky mobile. I was unaware that i needed to active my new sim card with a code. I have lost the pack the sim card came with so im unable to make calls or send texts and use data. How can i go about ordering a new sim so i can finally use my phone

As you didn't activate the sim it will be cancelled so you will not be charged door it. To order a new one you just need to select a plan from it from here:
