New sim - getting texts from various companies

Hi I recently took out a sim contact. The number has been receiving texts from NHS, Shein, Halifax and a couple of others. 

how can I stop anymore and ensure all are removed. I have unsubscribed from what I can via text link but nhs & Halifax is impossible to remove
