Hi @lilliemae2013 is this a replacement for an existing one ? If yes you need to call sky to arrange this, can't be done online. If it's a new sim with a new number just go to sky.com and order one.

If you want a replacement then you will need to call Sky.
If you want to order a new one (so you will be paying for another one) then you can order one here:
