New plan

Just activated my new plan sim, do I have to cancel the old one or does it just replace the old plan

@englishpedro  If you received the new plan on a different sim with a different number then you you need to cancel old sim otherwise you will be paying for two sims but the question you need to ask yourself first is do you want to keep your existing number?

 

if you do want to keep the number don't cancel the old sim port the number to a non sky sim then back again to the new sky sim
