The free buds offer is a Samsung promotion so can not be changed or removed from your order and neither will the price of them be removed from any subsequent order, if don't need them they you can do with them as you see fit.

As above - but the Samsung offers do sometimes include a watch.  (But it may not be the exact model you are after)

Re: New phone

Sorry your answer seems to a little incorrect as I have also been on my Samsung account and that is not an offer they are doing it looks like it's a sky's offer but what I might do is just buy it from Samsung and not bother giving sky anymore of my money as sky don't want to give an answer also might think about moving my phones to a different provider who answer there customers them self's not let key board warriors answer for them !!!

This is a customer forum - Sky themselves will generally not answer such posts.

Sometimes the promoter is Sky and sometimes it's Samsung - depends on the offer.  It appears the buds offer is Sky looking at the T&C's.

As above, this forum isn't the best way to contact Sky...

No matter if the promoter is Samsung or Sky you are still not going to be able to get the cost of the buds removed from the cost of a potential new device. No only that the prices for the mobiles, watches and the like are what we as customers have to pay as Sky doesn't discount them further.
