New phone

Hi I have just paid off my I phone 13 pro max and would now like to get the I phone 16 pro max but it says there's too many devices on my account but I have paid off my previous phone so shouldn't it refresh

You will need to call Sky on 150 for help with this and when you do remain on the line and say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
