That depends on what package you took, for example swap24 is a 36 month contract and Swap12 is a 24 month one so what one did you sign up to Sky with ?

Does your account now show that you owe nothing more against this device ?

Original credit agreement for phone 3 years.  Paid off in 4 months

Sky contract for 3 years

If you have paid the phone off then I'm not sure what you are asking, are you asking if you are still in a contract ?

I want to upgrade the phone via sky.  More affordable

You can't upgrade the phone if you have paid it off in full as you can only do this when you are still paying for it.

Hi @DevandJulie  if your device is paid off you can't upgrade you simply order a new phone.
