New phone wont accept my sim or esim, it says contact sky

I bought a phone direct from Samsung and tried to put in the sim , but it said contact sky, then I tried an esim and it's done the same thing.

Yes it's unlocked, it's direct from Samsung and not tied to a network.

I think all you can do is as the message says and that is to contact Sky, there are social media links at the bottom of this page.
